Trained at Bromley College of Art, Goldsmiths College and Croydon College of Art and Design, David Cowley works from his studio at Iliffe Yard in London on drawings, paintings and sculptures which employ linguistic and music texts as a significant part of the finished work. He is currently working on pieces which examine relationships of architecture and performance of specific musical scores for exhibition in September 2008 and 2009.
